The way the image is shown on your file is exactly the way it will be embroidered on the bag. Make sure to upload clear sharp images. The lining is made of smooth polyester shiny satin fabric, designed with a special Rasmaty pattern.
Our bags feature a magnetic closure with a waterproof PVC-coated magnet for added durability and magnet’s water resistance.
Hand wash only at 30°C and avoid ironing to keep your bag in perfect condition.
The bag measures 15cm x 15cm, with strap lengths of 90cm and 95cm available.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping with options to pay in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
Delivery is free within the UAE for orders above AED 200.
Production time is typically between 2 to 3 days from the order date.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At Rasmaty, we offer worldwide shipping for our custom-made denim bags. Orders can be placed in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.  For domestic and international orders, delivery charges and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on the destination you select. Once your order is completed, it typically takes 5 to 6 days for production, after which it will be dispatched and trackable through Aramex. Bulk orders for events or large groups can be expedited upon request.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Every Rasmaty bag is crafted with the highest attention to detail and undergoes a rigorous quality control process before it reaches you. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defects, we offer a return and refund policy within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing-related issues. To initiate a return or refund, contact our support team, and we will assist you with the process.
