SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At Rasmaty, we offer worldwide shipping for our custom-made denim bags. Orders can be placed in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP. For domestic and international orders, delivery charges and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on the destination you select. Once your order is completed, it typically takes 5 to 6 days for production, after which it will be dispatched and trackable through Aramex. Bulk orders for events or large groups can be expedited upon request.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

However, if you encounter any manufacturing defects, we offer a return and refund policy within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing-related issues.
